PRESENTATION

This training focuses on train professionals who work in call centers to cope with the work-related stress of effectively, improve their verbal communication and practice relaxation techniques that allow them to maintain an optimal state of calm and focus during the telephone interactions. This training program is designed for professionals who wish to improve their performance in call center settings and reduce the effects negative effects of stress in his work.
