This Privacy Policy establishes the limits and parameters that Educa PHAROS, a registered trademark of SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES DE FORMACIÓN Y GESTIÓN STRUCTURALIA, S.L.U.,  uses for the handling and protection of all personal data provided by users of the “educapharos.com” website, committing to ensuring the security of all such data and thereby preventing its misuse.

5. To whom will we disclose your data?

Your personal data may be provided to the Data Controller’s partner companies and subsidiaries when necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, so that these companies may provide, through various means, information about products and services related to training, employment, publishing products, and new technologies, while in all cases complying with the security measures required by current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, as well as the Company’s general quality and privacy policies.

For Scheduled Training, and as required to qualify for training credits, the organization must submit the data on participants and participating companies to the State Foundation for Employment Training, a Spanish public-sector foundation responsible for coordinating and promoting the implementation of public policies related to training.

Except as provided in the preceding paragraphs, COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS STRUCTURALIA, S.L.U.. will not disclose the User's data to third parties beyond what is required by current data protection regulations, except as required by the competent authorities when requested.

6. Are international data transfers carried out?

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS STRUCTURALIA, S.L.U.., will not transfer your data internationally.

7. How long will we retain your data?

The personal data provided will be retained unless the data subject requests its deletion. In any case, your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to effectively fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and for the time established by current legal regulations, unless you revoke your consent or exercise your right to restrict processing. We will inform you of the actions taken in response to your request within one month; this period may be extended by two additional months in the case of particularly complex requests, and we will notify you of such an extension within the first month.

In cases where we are unable to accommodate your request, we will notify you of this and provide the reasons for our denial within one month of the date your request was submitted.

We collect the information you provide by filling out the various forms on our website (“Contact Us!”, “We’ll Call You!”, “Request Information”), when you sign up for training with us by checking the box “I Accept the Privacy Policy” and clicking to submit your information, or when you send emails or WhatsApp messages to the Company through the accounts set up for that purpose, the User acknowledges having read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and grants their unequivocal and express consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the stated purposes.

In accordance with the purposes set forth in paragraph 2, the categories of data to be processed are as follows:

• Identifying information: first and last name, phone number, and email address.

12.1 What happens if I don't provide them?

Required information will be clearly marked on the data collection forms. If you choose not to provide any of the information marked as required, we will be unable to fulfill the intended purpose, and neither the data processing nor the provision of the corresponding service will take place. In the event that a “commercial profile” is created based on the information provided, no automated decisions with legal effects on the User will be made.

You warrant that the Personal Data you provide to us is true and accurate, and you are responsible for notifying us of any changes to such data. If the data provided pertains to a third party, the User warrants that he or she has informed said third party of the terms contained in this document and has obtained that third party’s authorization to provide their data.

1. Social Media

The social media profiles I have Educa PHAROS will not involve data processing beyond what the social media platform itself allows for corporate profiles. The Company may use these profiles to inform users of each social network who follow the company’s profile about its activities, events, seminars, offers, promotions, or updates regarding its products or services, as well as to share information of interest on topics relevant to the company. The Company will not extract any data directly from the social media platform.
