PRESENTATION

The Course on Workplace Safety, Ergonomics, and Mental Health addresses the growing need to ensure safe and healthy work environments. In a context marked by the digitization and the increase in remote work, there is a growing demand for professionals capable of identify and manage physical, ergonomic, and psychosocial risks. Throughout the course, you'll acquire tools to identify and mitigate risks associated with electricity, lighting, and noise, as well as to promote a Proper ergonomics in the workplace. You'll also learn how to prevent and manage stress, burnout, and workplace harassment, promoting a healthy work environment. The training also includes Fire Safety and First Aid, equipping you to respond effectively to emergencies. With this course, you'll improve your employability and you'll actively contribute to the Holistic well-being in your professional environment.

Objectives

– Identify common workplace hazards in offices to prevent accidents. – Understand key occupational safety and health concepts and apply them in an office setting. – Recognize ergonomic factors to improve posture at work. – Assess the impact of workplace stress and promote mental health. – Implement fire prevention measures in the workplace. – Respond effectively to emergencies and administer basic first aid. – Promote workplace well-being by reducing psychosocial risks.
