Thanks to this Self-Awareness Course: Who I Am and What I'm Like, you'll be able to engage in self-reflection based on effective techniques and concepts from the field of psychology. Once completed, students will have strategies for to look deep within oneself, as well as learning about the foundations that make up personality and behavior. Not to mention that it is a unique way of looking at oneself and a a different path in each individual. However, constructs define the different aspects that make up a being; these will have a unique identity because No two beings are alike. Finally, this can serve as a step toward greater self-discovery as well as discovery of others, and to be able to observe features in the rest that we hadn't taken into account until now.
