Finding and hiring the right people for our organization It often becomes a challenge for the companies. In fact, it sometimes seems as though companies are competing with one another to attract the best and brightest employees. In the Recruiting and Onboarding Course We will analyze the need to align recruitment goals with the overall strategy of the company.
