PRESENTATION

Thanks to this training in Mindfulness, What it is and what it's used for, you'll gain firsthand insight into the theoretical foundations of mindfulness. You'll learn the basic principles, its origins, key concepts, and the underlying philosophy. You'll explore how you can apply the mindfulness in various aspects of daily life, as well as the different functions and guidelines so that you can apply mindfulness techniques in psychotherapy. You’ll also discover how mindfulness affects our bodies—that is, the effect of their practice on the brain. By the time you're done, you'll have acquired the tools to Managing Stress and Cultivating Calm, and, on the other hand, an understanding of the various therapies that can help you develop greater body awareness.
