PRESENTATION

The Course on Basic Digital Literacy in Communication and Collaboration Using Digital Tools It links learning standards that are integrated into digital competencies from a basic perspective. The knowledge constructively acquired at this level is based on an understanding of the importance of the digital community today, as well as mastery of all possible tools for communication y collaboration that are interrelated for the proper functioning of the new technologies. Finally, this course places special emphasis on the epistemology which is based on the protection and privacy of digital behavior, within the framework of collaboration and communication.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR SHARING INFORMATION 2.1 Sharing and sending files between devices and with others. 2.2 Sharing and syncing bookmarks or web links. 2.3 Sharing location and contacts 2.4 Basic browser customization settings 3. DESCRIPTION OF THE STAGES OF PARTICIPATION IN DIGITAL COMMUNITIES 3.1 Identifying digital communities 3.2 Characteristics and features of each space 3.3 Registration and profile setup. 3.4 Privacy and security settings 4. UNDERSTANDING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, VIRTUAL REALITY, AND AUGMENTED REALITY 4.1 Interacting with virtual and augmented reality. 4.2 Using tools to access these environments. 5. BASIC TOOLS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE DIGITAL SOCIETY 1. BASIC USE OF SPACES, PLATFORMS, AND SERVICES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE DIGITAL SOCIETY 1.1 Administrative procedures with organizations, companies, and government agencies. 1.2 Citizen’s digital folder / electronic portfolio. 1.3 Channels for contacting and making inquiries with organizations, companies, and government agencies. 1.4 Secure and personal access mechanisms: PIN, digital certificate, SSO, two-step verification, among others 1.5 Digital signature 2. INTEGRATING DIGITAL MEDIA INTO DAILY ROUTINES 2.1 Communication channels: messaging, email, and contact forms. 2.2 Participation channels: inquiries submitted via digital channels to organizations, businesses, and government agencies. 2.3 Basic administrative procedures with government agencies through the electronic portal.
