PRESENTATION

 Problems and Conflicts  as part of a team are inevitable in any organization. These can arise at any level in the workplace. Organizations may choose to view the conflict as something negative and take action to eliminate it once it occurs, or, as a positive factor, using this opportunity to bring about changes that benefit them. 

It is important to accept the Conflict as a Natural Process of Growth which influences the company's culture and allows us to view it in a positive light. Conflict can be an asset to the company if it is handled properly.
