PRESENTATION

One of the key skills that a good leader is the ability to manage teams. With this training program in Team Management Students will be able to acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to configure and manage productive work teams that achieve maximum performance. After completing this study, the students will explore key topics related to team management and will learn how to apply Concepts and Practical Techniques to improve group dynamics and team performance. In short, it will prepare you for lead teams effectively, by promoting effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

  3. Case Study. (Example: The Situation at SINCOTEC)

  5. Characteristics of each phase.
