  1. Definition of "Project": With specific reference to social projects.
  2. Tools for Implementing Social Projects: Logical Framework Approach (LFA). 6 Implementation Phases.
  3. Social Project Management.

TEACHING UNIT 3. AREAS OF INTERVENTION IN SOCIAL PROJECTS.

  1. Identifying Social Needs in Spain.
  2. Current social support network.
  3. Social Projects aimed at: At-risk youth, immigrants, international cooperation, seniors, and people with disabilities.

TEACHING UNIT 4. EVALUATION OF SOCIAL PROJECTS.

  1. Preparation of progress reports.
  2. Project Evaluation Indicators: Methods.
