This training, «Read and Understand Your Pay Stub», aims to provide people with tools to understand and manage important aspects related to compensation in the field ofthe workplace. Throughout this training, topics such as salary, Social Security contributions, income tax withholdings, and severance pay are addressed.

In this training session, promotes understanding key concepts related to compensation economic at work, with a focus on providing everyone, without regardless of their gender, the skills needed to understand and manage payroll effectively. Related legal issues are also explored with the severance pay.
