PRESENTATION

The interpersonal communication It is a process by which information is exchanged between two or more people in such a way that the message sent is the same as the message received. In the healthcare sector Communication takes on great importance, as healthcare professionals face a series of situations in which you must maintain a effective communication with patients and their families. Through this training initiative in Psychological and Social Support in Crisis Situations Students will acquire the knowledge necessary to provide psychological and social support in crisis situations.

  • Evaluate and monitor the emotional disturbances occurring in crisis situations.
