General risks and their prevention Emergency and evacuation plans. Monitoring workers’ health. Basic Elements of Risk Prevention Management Documentation First Aid; Basic Guidelines for Action. TEACHING UNIT 2. CONSTRUCTION SAFETY. Basic Regulatory Framework for Construction Safety. Parties Responsible for Safety on Construction Sites and Their Roles: Developer, Health and Safety Coordinator during construction, Project Management, Contractor, Subcontractor, and Self-Employed Worker. Organization and integration of risk prevention within the company; prevention services. Common risks in the construction sector Building Sites: description of work, auxiliary equipment and machinery used, phases of development, preceding, subsequent, and simultaneous work areas, characteristic risks, and prevention and protection measures in: Auxiliary work areas (shoring, bracing, installation of auxiliary equipment and collective protection measures). Land Development Sites: description of work, auxiliary equipment and machinery used, development phases, preceding, subsequent, and simultaneous work sites, characteristic risks, and prevention and protection measures in: Civil engineering; general risks in underground, hydraulic, and maritime projects.
