PRESENTATION

The goal is for almost anyone to be able to use a no-code tool (no code) to develop a application whereas low-code tools (low-code) could only be used by those with some programming experience.

It is ideal, above all, for small businesses who need a simple, visually appealing website that adapts to different devices (responsive) and doesn't have too many options.

Thanks to this course on No-code and low-code programming You will learn what these terms mean and discover the main platforms to develop apps and websites, manage databases, create online stores and implement payment methods or create chatbots smart people to talk to, all of that without having to know how to program or hire developers.

Objectives

  • Learn what no-code programming is (no code) and some code (low-code).
  • View the differences between the two concepts.
  • Learn to Develop websites and apps using platforms such as Webflow, Notion, Outsystems, or Bubble.
  • Manage databases using tools such as Airtable or Google Appsheet.
  • Create a online store without using Shopify or Squarespace.
  • Using artificial intelligence (AI) to create chatbots thanks to Octane AI or Landbot.
  • Use One-Page Websites for simple websites using Carrd or Unicorn.

TEACHING UNIT 1. A NEW PARADIGM IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT: NO-CODE AND LOW-CODE PROGRAMMING

  1. What Are No-Code and Low-Code Platforms?
  2. What is the difference between No Code and Low Code?
  3. Web and app development: Webflow, Notion, Outsystems, Zoho Creator, Bubble, or Adalo
  4. Databases and backend systems using Airtable, Xano, or Google Appsheet

LEARNING UNIT 2. YOUR ONLINE STORE WITHOUT WRITING A SINGLE LINE OF CODE

  1. Create your online store with Shopify or Squarespace
  2. Payment Methods with Stripe

TEACHING UNIT 3. OTHER USES AND NON-CODE AND LOW-CODE PLATFORMS

  1. Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots with Octane AI or Landbot
  2. One-Page Websites Using Carrd or Unicorn
