PRESENTATION

Training in Leadership Skills and Team Management focuses on the development of skills key for leaders and managers. The main objective is to train participants in the art of lead teams effectively, promoting the communication, decision-making strategic and problem-solving.

Throughout the program, the importance of building cohesive teams and highly productive. Participants will learn techniques for time management and setting priorities for increase his efficiency in team leadership and management.
