PRESENTATION

Food safety has become a key concern for consumers, which is why companies in the industry must ensure their products meet a series of requirements. For this reason, this course on IFS and BRC Food Safety Protocols announces the IFS (International Food Standard) protocols y BRC (British Retail Consortium) food safety standards, which have become international standards in the food industry; the goal is to train students in the implementation and certification of these international standards.

Key Aspects of the Protocol: Deviations, KO Criteria, Major Nonconformities, and Scoring System. 5. Major changes between versions of the IFS Food Protocol. 6.
