PRESENTATION

This training on Healthy Aging It focuses on providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of healthy aging and the estrategies to promote it in the society. Population aging is a major demographic trend in many parts of the world, making care and support for older adults crucial issues. This training addresses these challenges by provide to the participants the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to advocate for a active and healthy aging.

At the heart of this training is the recognition that aging should not be necessarily associated with the illness and dependency.
