PRESENTATION

The Gender Perspective and Equality for Managers addresses the growing demand for leaders capable of managing diverse teams in inclusive work environments. In a context where gender equity is crucial, this training will provide you with the tools you need to address gender discrimination, implement equality plans, and promote inclusive leadership. You will learn how to use non-sexist language and ensure the pay transparency, ensuring equal opportunity in the selection and recruitment processes. In addition, the training addresses the role of the manager addressing sexual violence in the workplace, equipping you with strategies to prevent and respond to such incidents, and collaborating with Human Resources to create a safe environment.
