PRESENTATION

Law 17/2011, of July 5, on food security and nutrition, establishes the regulatory framework that ensures a high level of protection of health and interests consumer confidence in food through the implementation of an effective food safety system. This training complies with the as set forth in the regulations food security and nutrition, and the provisions set forth in the curricula for the vocational certificates in occupational family in the food industry.

Objectives

  • Understand the relationship between nutrition and health.

  • Identify the principles of food law.

  • Understand the Food Safety Act.

  • Become familiar with food safety records.

  • Understanding the NAOS Strategy.

  • Recognize the role of the Nutrition Observatory.
