PRESENTATION

In the field of image y sound, it is necessary to understand the different fields from the assembly and audiovisual post-production, within the professional field of audiovisual production. Thus, through this training program Final Stages of Editing and Post-Production, The aim is to provide the knowledge required for the final stages of these tasks. In general, this training is designed to prepare you for careers in the film industry, the television, the video production and other audiovisual media, especially in roles related to the final stage of content creation. It will provide you with the skills required to become a video editor, sound designer, visual effects artist, or other professionals in post-production and video editing.

Objectives

  • Analyze the quality technical of the processes for the post-production of films and video programs.

  • Ensure, in the soundtrack, compliance with quality and synchronization standards for the various formats used in the recording, distribution, and presentation of sound.

  • Gain a deep understanding of knowledge and skills in editing techniques advanced video features, correction colored, post-production audio and visual effects, which will allow you to carry out high-quality audiovisual projects and meet industry standards.

  • Learn how to plan, coordinate, and carry out post-production projects, from organizing the material to the final export of the content, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met, and working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Develop communication and collaboration skills that will enable you to understand and meet the needs of clients, directors, and producers, and to work effectively as part of a team to achieve the desired creative vision in audiovisual projects.

TEACHING UNIT 1. PRODUCT FINISHING AND PRESENTATION PROCESSES.

    Techniques and processes in product finishing: File formats for audio processing. The master tape: Final mix in post-production. Product presentation.

TEACHING UNIT 2. STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE FINAL PRODUCT.

    Techniques and processes in «offline» editing. Backup and video duplication. Intellectual property rights management.

TEACHING UNIT 3. PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL.

    Soundtrack distribution: The international soundtrack. Final editing and sound mixing processes. Maintaining quality standards. PPD (Ready for Broadcast) standards. Technical standards applicable to video and audio.

TEACHING UNIT 4. PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.
