  5. The Mobile Ecosystem.
  6. Barriers to implementation.
  7. Other types of notifications to non-digital groups or people with disabilities.

TEACHING UNIT 3. MANDATORY ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATIONS TO THE TAX AUTHORITIES, SOCIAL SECURITY, AND THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF TRAFFIC

  1. Background and specific reference to the mandatory reporting requirements established by the AEAT.
  2. Required to receive notifications electronically.
  3. Establishment of an email address and analysis of the issues arising from the assignment procedure.
  4. Analysis of the legal and tax implications that may arise from the appeal filed by the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors against Royal Decree 1363/2010.
