PRESENTATION

Training on Design Sprint Methodology was spearheaded by the teams at Google Ventures and expressed by Jake Knapp in his book, with the aim of facilitating a process that helps the innovation y problem-solving focused on the customer experience. It is a methodology which combines the Design Thinking, the Lean Startup, and Business Strategy to develop a unique process for 5 days, with which generate, prototype, and test an idea that contributes to the improvement of a specific business process. Throughout this training, we will help you understand and apply this methodology, with the goal of improving the user experience always keep in mind. You'll be able to contribute added value for your business and generate more profits as a result.
