PRESENTATION

The Design Sprint Methodology was promoted by the Google Ventures teams, and described by Jake Knapp in his book, with the aim of facilitating a process that helps innovation and problem solving focused on the customer experience. It is a methodology that combines design thinking, lean startup and business strategy to develop a unique 5-day process to generate, prototype and test an idea that contributes to the improvement of a specific business process. Throughout this training we will help you understand and apply this methodology, with the goal of improving the user experience always in mind. You will be able to add value to your company and generate more profit as a result.
