PRESENTATION

With this formation of Decision-making, enrolled students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to use the appropriate tools for decision-making in a mature and effective manner. Currently, knowing how to choose the most suitable option from among several alternatives is a a difficult but very necessary task in any area of our daily or professional lives. Facing the fact that we have to make a decision can be a process that overwhelms us and causes us fear or dread. But with this course on Decision Making, you'll be able to learn the key tools, resources, and parameters that should be followed when choosing the most appropriate one, both for yourself and for a group of people.
