Objectives

The overall objective of the course is to train students in the various technical and management disciplines required throughout the phases of project, construction, maintenance and oroperation of various power generation facilities. Current and future technologies for the different generation systems are studied in detail, both for the design and implementation of the project and for the operation and maintenance of hydroelectric and small-scale hydroelectric power plants.
