PRESENTATION

Thanks to the present Insolvency Law Course, You will gain a detailed understanding of the economic and legal concept of the Creditors' Proceedings, along with the regulatory framework of the Consolidated Text of the Bankruptcy Act, where students will study corporate, economic, social, legal, and procedural concepts, among others. All of this will be approached from a multidisciplinary perspective that will provide students with a broad understanding of bankruptcy law. The course content includes in-depth explanations of bankruptcy administration, the effects of bankruptcy, Insolvency proceedings, Insolvency Agreement, with examples and practical exercises for synthesize and internalize this knowledge.

Objectives

  • Gain a general understanding of Bankruptcy Law, analyzing the regulations.

  • Examine the Insolvency Proceedings, delving into their governing bodies, effects, and the progression of the procedure.

  • Learn How to Provide Advice in the face of a situation where insolvency in any of the subjective positions with respect to the bankruptcy proceedings.

  • To gain a specific understanding of the various stages of bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Analyze the parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings.

  • Develop Skills to mediate and resolve disputes.
