PRESENTATION

Training in «Conflict: Resolution Methods and Effective Negotiation» is a program designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to address and manage conflicts in a way effective in various personal and professional contexts. This course focuses on equipping individuals to understand the nature of conflicts, identify their causes underlying issues and apply problem-solving and negotiation strategies and techniques that promote positive results.
