‘Brainstorming’ is a term that combines the English words ‘brain’ and "storm." It refers to a storm of ideas, a group work tool which encourages the emergence of new ideas about a specific problem. However, sometimes these sessions end with a list full of crazy ideas aimlessly that never get off the ground. To prevent this from happening, through training in Brainstorming: Brainstorming with Your Team, you'll learn how to know how to guide them and learn how to structure them.
