PRESENTATION

The course on project management aims to help students understand the Basic Principles of Project Management, focused on the construction, and that it acquires concepts and tools to lead the planning, implementation, and completion of a project. In addition, the following are developed: related concepts associated with the projects, introducing areas such as Agile methodologies, Lean Construction, and other current approaches.
