PRESENTATION

The habilidades gerenciales o «directivas » son un conjunto de capacidades y knowledge que una persona posee para realizar las actividades de liderazgo y coordinación en el rol de gerente o líder de un grupo de trabajo u organización. Por ello es importante conocerlas y adquirirlas para realizar acciones que ayuden a cumplir los objetivos empresariales, además de mantener un ambiente laboral ideal para el trabajo en equipo. A través de la formación de Habilidades Directivas podrá visualizar como mejorar la efectividad comunicativa, cuáles son las claves necesarias que un líder pueda dirigir y gestionar un equipo de trabajo eficazmente, además de otras cualidades necesarias para ejercer su trabajo.

Objectives

  • Conocer cuáles son las habilidades necesarias de un directivo.

  • Mejorar la quality y efectividad en la comunicación oral.

  • Desarrollar habilidades para abordar situaciones delicadas con sensibilidad.

  • Fomentar la comunicación efectiva en equipos multidisciplinarios.
