PRESENTATION

The participatory ergonomics is a strategy for the prevention of ergonomic risks which is based on employee involvement in the problem detection and in the search for solutions. It is a tool for group work, applicable across all areas of intervention, capable of bring about changes in the organization of work and from improve working conditions. With this training program in The Ergopar Method for Ergonomic Risk Prevention and Its Practical Application Students will be able to prepare for the process guidance intervention by the Ergopar Method in companies, so that the Ergo Group in its implementation.

Objectives

  • Provide training on how to mentor the intervention process of the Ergopar Method in companies, so that the Ergo Group in its implementation.

  • Identify damage and factors risks and causes.

  • Knowing how to formalize the implementation agreement of the method.

  • Learn how to make the pre-intervention report.

Syllabus

TEACHING UNIT 1. INTRODUCTION TO THE ERGOPAR METHOD.

  1. Participatory Ergonomics and the ERGOPAR Method
  2. General Characteristics of the ERGOPAR Method
  3. Summary of the Application of the ERGOPAR Method

TEACHING UNIT 2. PREPARATION FOR THE INTERVENTION

  1. Promote the method as a preliminary step
  2. Presenting the ERGOPAR Method
  3. Formalize the agreement on the application of the method
  4. Form the Ergo group, provide training in the methodology, and carry out preliminary activities
  5. Form the "ergo" group on ergonomics and working conditions in the area of intervention
  6. Prepare the pre-intervention report

TEACHING UNIT 3. DIAGNOSIS: IDENTIFICATION OF INJURIES AND RISK FACTORS, AND CAUSES OF EXPOSURE.

  1. Prepare the questionnaire and plan its distribution, completion, and collection
  2. Develop the agreed-upon plan for the questionnaire
  3. Submit the questionnaires and generate results reports
  4. Identify the causes of exposure to priority risk factors
  5. Prepare the identification and analysis report

TEACHING UNIT 4. PROPOSED SOLUTIONS, FOLLOW-UP, AND CONTINUITY OF THE PROGRAM.

  1. Plan the creation of prevention circles
  2. Develop prevention circles to identify preventive measures
  3. Prepare the proposal and planning report
  4. Define, plan, and implement preventive measures
  5. Monitor the implementation of preventive measures
  6. Assess the effectiveness of the preventive measures that have been implemented
  7. Prepare the follow-up report
  8. Evaluate the results and determine whether to continue using the method
