PRESENTATION

When we talk about leadership, we must Start with yourself.  This is achieved through the self-assessment and implementation action plans in the individual's daily life; we then call this self-leadership. In this training session on Self-Leadership and Intrapersonal Intelligence You will adopt leadership strategies for both our professional and personal lives. Intrapersonal intelligence refers to the ability to recognize, understand, and manage our own emotions, motivations, and thoughts, which is essential for making informed decisions and facing life's challenges with confidence and resilience. In short, this is a program designed to develop an understanding of themselves and to take charge of their lives and careers in a way that effective.  

Objectives

  • Understanding the importance of the self-awareness in your professional performance and in your leadership role.

  • Work on your self-leadership by focusing on two key points: the self-respect and self-actualization.

  • Manage emotions to promote your team's ideas through the assertiveness, confidence, and respect.

  • Apply cognitive techniques to resolve conflicts, foster positive thinking, and manage stress.
