PRESENTATION

The NLP is a tool that applies our knowledge of the how the human mind works the development of people's skills and abilities in the various areas of their lives. This training in Leadership and NLP focuses on how Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) applied to business can help us improve communication processes and techniques of our organization. Through NLP, we will not only be able to manage change but also get them started, and thus guide and exercise control over our professional interests. Neuro-Linguistic Programming will also help us to improve our ability to make choices and gain influence in situations that may arise in our professional lives.

Objectives

  • Understand the components and general meaning of the Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

  • Learning the modeling technique to develop better skills and abilities.

  • Acquire the necessary skills, within NLP, for the strategy design.

  • Recognize the importance of NLP in the leadership.
