PRESENTATION

The Course in Emotional Intelligence Applied to Business It is of utmost importance in today's context, where emotional skills are recognized as fundamental elements and resources for success in the workplace. In particular, emotional intelligence is presented as a powerful tool to improve intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships; in addition to benefiting the Change Management and Effective Leadership in organizations. This course provides up-to-date knowledge on existing theories and models of emotional intelligence, but it also allows participants to the acquisition of the necessary emotional skills to meet the challenges and demands of the business environment.

  • Understand the fundamental principles of the Work Psychology.
