PRESENTATION

The equal opportunity between men and women is a principle essential for sustainable development of society. Understanding the concepts y types of discrimination, as well as the equality policies and plans is essential for the prevention and eradication of discriminatory behavior. This training program in Raising Awareness About Equal Opportunity will enable students to understand and learn how to contribute to the equal opportunity between women and men, especially with regard to conditions of equality in the workplace.

Objectives

  • Understanding what the equal opportunity between women and men in order to contribute to the development of society.

  • Review the various fields in which equal opportunity can be promoted.

  • Identify the main features on gender inequality and gender-based violence.

  • Study the elementary school of violence.
