PRESENTATION

Occupational Safety and Health refers to the set of actions and measures aimed at preventing, minimizing, or eliminating the risks present in the workplaces and that may affect the safety of the workers. The current regulations regarding PRL This means that both employers and employees have access to training and General Skills on that matter, even if that is not their primary role within the organization. 

Understanding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Basic Legislation. Organizational Structures, provides the knowledge necessary to understand the relevant national legislation and learn about the main organizations related public entities, to understand the organizational structures of occupational risk prevention (PRL) and how preventive measures are planned.

Objectives

  • Learn about the legislation basic in the area of occupational safety and health in our country.

  • Learn about the main models of Occupational Safety and Health Management that an organization is eligible for.

  • Analyze the various phases that make up preventive work planning.

  • Ensure that the public organizations involved in the matter.

  • Examine the various documents that make up the Prevention Plan of the company.
