PRESENTATION

This Lean Office Course will show you a methodology which stems from the Lean approach, originally developed by Toyota in manufacturing to eliminate waste and increase the efficiency and improve the quality. The application of Lean in an office or administrative setting, such as human resources, finance, customer service, and others departments, is known as Lean Office. The goal of Lean Office is to eliminate activities and processes that do not add value, improve productivity, and provide a higher-quality service or product to internal and external customers.
