Currently, society is pursuing a new family model known as the “symmetrical family,” in which both spouses share household chores and seek employment. The truth is that in everyday life, the unequal division of labor persists. For this reason, factors such as the Work-Life Balance and Shared Responsibility, are essential to achieving a non-sexist society. This course, “Gender in Everyday Life,” aims to provide knowledge and multidisciplinary skills to help build an egalitarian society in which there is no discrimination against women.
