Objectives

  • To understand the importance of communication as a strategic tool for CSR.

  • To learn about the tools for reporting, communication (internal and external), and verification of corporate sustainability information.

  • To know the keys to prepare a sustainability report in accordance with the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) international standard.

  • To learn the key steps for preparing the statement of non-financial information (in accordance with Law 11/2018 on Non-Financial Information Reporting and Diversity).

  • To know the new European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the new European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

  • To understand the relationship between corporate sustainability and corporate reputation, to investigate the factors used to measure reputation and to understand the importance of integrated management of intangible resources within the organization.
