PRESENTATION

Thanks to this module on Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights, you'll gain firsthand knowledge of all aspects related to the protection of intellectual property rights using AI. By the end of the course, you'll have gained a deep understanding of the subject, you'll know how security works, and you'll be introduced to the Know-How. You'll learn about many technologies you weren't familiar with before, such as domain names, big data, and NFTs… Plus, you'll learn about the applicable legislation. Finally, you'll have the opportunity to learn about national trademarks and trade names, as well as the laws governing them. You'll learn all this and much more, and by learning from past mistakes, you'll know what to do and what not to do.
