Objectives

  • To understand the importance of communication as a strategic tool for CSR.

  • To know the tools for reporting, communication (internal and external) and verification of corporate sustainability information.

  • To know the keys to prepare a sustainability report according to the international standard GRI (Global Reporting Initiative).

  • To know the keys to prepare the statement of non-financial information (according to Law 11/2018 on Non-Financial Information Reporting and Diversity).

  • To know the new European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the new European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

  • To understand the relationship between corporate sustainability and corporate reputation, to investigate the elements to measure reputation and to know the importance of an integrated management of intangible resources within the organization.
