PRESENTATION

The Design Sprint Methodology was promoted by the Google Ventures teams, and described by Jake Knapp in his book, with the aim of facilitating a process that helps innovation and problem solving focused on the customer experience. It is a methodology that combines design thinking, lean startup, and business strategy to develop a unique 5-day process to generate, prototype, and test an idea that contributes to the improvement of a specific business process. Throughout this training, we will help you understand and apply this methodology, with the goal of of improving the user experience always keep in mind. You will be able to to add value to your company and, as a result, generate more profit.

Objectives

  • To understand the digital product lifecycle and its main components.

  • To design a digital product in order to optimize the user experience.

  • To explore the main elements and functionalities of the Design Sprint.

  • To master the five phases of the Design Sprint methodology, and the actions that must be included.

  • To apply the methodology in a practical way, within 5 days of the process.

  • To promote innovation and process improvement within the organization.
