PRESENTATION

English is a language spoken by around 400 million native speakers, with an additional 500 million people who speak it as a second language. Nowadays, learning this language is fundamental and essential in any professional field. Through this course, the student will gain the necessary theoretical and practical foundation to navigate the language effectively, while also reinforcing their career expectations by communicating fluently in English. The content is aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference, which ensures greater compatibility with other language teaching systems and facilitates the geographical mobility of the person who obtains the certification.

Objectives

  • Acquire excellent practice of grammar related to verb forms, modal verbs, quantifiers, interrogatives, and the most common types of sentences (declarative, interrogative, imperative, and exclamatory).

  • Use vocabulary related to everyday topics: introducing yourself, talking about family, asking for directions, making phone calls, etc., by assimilating the 700 most common expressions and words in the language.

  • Improve and practice the correct pronunciation and intonation of vowels and consonants, as well as recognizing the main phonetic transcription symbols.
