New Technologies in the Enterprise play a crucial role in the development and competitiveness of organizations. From the use of natural language processors (NLP) from improving communication with customers to the application of data mining and machine learning techniques to extract valuable information—these technologies are revolutionizing the way companies operate. The state of the art shows significant advances in areas such as parsing and semantic analysis, data mining and the use of tools such as Power BI and Tableau to visualize and analyze data. In this context, understanding and leveraging new technologies in the enterprise is essential to keeping up with trends and achieving success in today’s business world.
