The Scrum Methodology has become a widely used approach in the enterprise for project management and is also widely used for software development. Scrum is based on agile principles that promote collaboration, adaptability, and the continuous delivery of value to the customer. In an increasingly competitive and ever-changing business world, adopting Scrum and promoting effective collaboration is critical to the success of organizations. This ‘’Scrum Methodology: Working Collaboratively" This course aims to provide you with a solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices, as well as the skills needed to work collaboratively in agile teams.
