You will explore collaboration using building information standards and the application of Dynamo for automating complex processes, as well as the strategic role of the BIM Manager and the use of Navisworks for comprehensive project coordination. Objectives

• Lead the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology throughout all phases of a project’s life cycle, from 4D planning to 5D cost management and 6D sustainability. • Design advanced architectural visualization strategies for creating detailed 3D models and generating high-impact infographics using tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. • Integrate virtual reality into architectural projects, optimizing the user experience and decision-making in the visualization of spaces. • Manage project coordination in accordance with building information standards, applying tools such as Navisworks and Dynamo for automation and control. • Evaluate the impact of 7D Facility Management solutions and historical as-built analysis on optimizing the service life of buildings. • Lead multidisciplinary teams in collaborative modeling environments, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the execution of complex projects. • Develop a strategic vision for the application of immersive technologies and BIM in the continuous improvement of design and construction processes. • Innovate in architectural visualization, creating immersive experiences that facilitate the communication and validation of complex projects.
