Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of enrollment to cancel at no cost and receive a full refund.
Through this feature, you can exercise your right of withdrawal—that is, cancel the contract for a training program or product that you have purchased from our organization.
When can you use it?
- You have 14 calendar days as of the date of receipt of the login credentials for the virtual campus (online program).
- The feature is available on a permanent basis throughout that entire period.
- Once you complete the form and submit it, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have already completed the training program in its entirety and submitted the assessment tests to obtain the certification on or before the date of this notice (Art. 103.a TRLGDCU).
