Objectives

• Lead the planning and execution of rail infrastructure projects, integrating comprehensive management and intermodality. • Develop advanced solutions for platforms, earthworks, tunnels, bridges, and viaducts on high-speed rail lines. • Optimize material selection and track laying, improving the plan and elevation layouts for the railway superstructure. • Implement strategies for the design and construction of operational facilities and railway terminals, ensuring their functionality. • Apply technologies for the design and construction of power subsystems, which are essential for the operation of the lines. • Make strategic decisions regarding the modernization and construction of new lines, taking into account legal requirements and financing. • Integrate a comprehensive view of the railway system’s life cycle, from design through maintenance, to ensure sustainability. • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the planning and execution of railway infrastructure projects, including high-speed rail.
