PRESENTATION
Objectives
The overall objective is for students to develop appropriate quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety strategies, as well as to lead and coordinate teams effectively so that the company can achieve its goals. It also aims to improve customer satisfaction, environmental management, and employee health and safety to enhance performance. Additionally, the program aims to facilitate access to knowledge and the development of skills necessary to obtain management system certifications that enable businesses to: participate in project bids, reestablish business relationships with former clients, improve efficiency to increase competitiveness, and ensure project sustainability. This overall objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: Understand the contexts of Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety, and their business applications to lead improvement strategies; implement, maintain, and certify Quality, Environment, and Health and Safety management within the company; and thereby achieve objectives systematically. Develop and implement quality, environmental, health, and safety plans as part of the company’s control and improvement activities. Integrate management systems to optimize processes and resources.
