Objetivos
- Learn the Agile Management Approach, and appreciate its differences with respect to the classic or traditional management approach
- Learn the most common methodologies for agile project, services and work team management
- Understand the relationship between digital transformation and the agile approach, and why the agile approach is suitable for this context
- Learn the available practices for Agile Project Management
- Understand the concept and application of the lean approach
- Learn the Design Thinking working method, and its integration in lean and agile approaches
